My sons minecraft screen is black but you can see the things that are white for example he can see the minecraft logo but nothing else and he cant interact with the buttons on the game

  My screen on my Chromebook goes black when I try and run Minecraft EDU… any suggestions?

  This sounds like the known issue with Chromebooks where the OS is not communicating correctly with our client. There is no fix at this time, but we are working with Google to try and get it resolved.
