    Hi there jasjeet singh. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty importing those worlds. Could you please let me know what device you're using to export, and if you're using a different device to import? Can you still access the world on the other device?

    I used a Windows 10 pc to export my world file and a Windows 10 laptop to import it, I haven't tried accessing the world on my pc so I can't say for sure

    When i try to import it says to contact my admistrator Or something may be wrong with the library on your end.

    Are you able to contact the IT department to see if they have some communications blocked for students?
