Minecraft for Education Android app on Chromebook Can't connect
On some Chromebooks running the Minecraft for Education Android app, students try to launch and get the error message "We can't connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again."
Some things worth noting: Our domain uses Google Cloud Directory Sync to synchronize our accounts from AD to Google, (and Azure AD Connect to synchronize to O365) so the usernames/passwords are the same for Google and O365. All students are licensed with Minecraft for education with our M365 A3 for students use benefit.
Also, by all appearances the devices are, indeed, connected to the internet.

Hello Tammy Woods,
Thanks for posting. Does this happen on non-Chromebook devices? Are the Chromebooks using SSL decryption? Can you create a ticket and let me know?

Sure, I submitted a case and added a couple details. I haven't heard of issues with Windows devices but the students are not using Windows devices from what I understand.
