Unable to access account after institutional e-mail was changed
Hi all,
I had a paid account using my previous school e-mail address. Once the trial period came to an end, I paid for a one-year subscription through the App Store but then my school changed my institutional e-mail address and since then I have not been able to use the paid subscription that is still valid until December 2021. All I could do for the time being was to start a trial, which has now expired. As I have already paid for a subscription, I do not want to have to pay for another. Since the change, I have been unable to access the original account. The paid subscription is valid until 9th December 2021. Can anybody please shed some light into how to resolve this issue?
