Sign in Issues and Download issues for some students
I am so excited because I have been using Minecraft Education Edition during the distance learning at Highland Middle School in KY. I am not new to MEE, but I am new to joining the community and training. I learned with my students implement lessons and complete hour of code.
However, I have no issues using my ipad, but my Windows Dell Laptop and some students chromebooks will not let us sign in, it's says "no internet service," however, that is not the case or we would not be able meet on GoogleMeet or Microsoft Team or to use my laptop or ipad. How can I get sign in or on with my laptop, without using the demo? Thanks

Have you signed out on the other devices? You might also want to check that the most current version of M:EE is installed (1.14.5).

HIGHLAND MIDDLE SCHO FULLER I have some students using dell laptops who are having the same issue. For the chrome books, one user commented that he had students remove their google accounts from the laptop and then have the students resign in and it worked again. As for the students with dell laptops, please let me know if you find a solution. I have done everything they have told me to do with no luck. If they discover the problem please let me know how to fix it.

Hello A FULLER TECHNOLOGY HIGHLAND MS,
Thanks for posting. Can you let me know exactly what the error says? Does it say "Something went wrong, try checking your Internet connection". Let us know. Thanks!

No, I guess mine is another problem. My students get a message that says "something went wrong. Try checking internet connection."
