Can't Play
Whenever I try to open MEE on my Chromebook it will either crash immediately or when I click sign in it crashes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and force stopped it multiple times and allowed all the permissions. Please help.

i cant play because it just stayes at the home screen at home but at school it does everything very well

Hi, mohammad AHMADI I'm sorry you are having problems. So you are on Minecraft Education edition at home, and you are on the very first screen, even before the sign-in page? Or are you at the sign-in page and cannot sign in?

Same issue: When I try to play Minecraft, it says, "we can't connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again" But my internet is great! Please fix the issues 😥

How many devices affected?
What make OS version? Make/Model?
Has it worked prior?I would also check to see if there are two versions installed. Multiple versions installed can also be a culprit for this error.
