My school has an A1 license for education. I add students as users. But when you log in to the Minecraft Education Edition, the "10 attempts alert" appears. "Your school will need to purchase a license after these trial plays." The school has an A1 license, when I check it out on its Minecraft page it states that it is eligible. What should I do?

  Thanks for reaching out with this and great question. The A3/A5 Office 365 Education tenets are bundled with Minecraft: Education Edition. The A1 tenet is not, however whomever is the global IT admin of your Office 365 Education tenet can go into their Microsoft Store for Education and purchase individual licenses for $5 per user per year. They are the only one who can by default make purchases. They can give permission to teachers but they have to do that from their Office admin console.
