Students suddenly can't place block but others in group still can

Today a group of four students on iPads were building in creative mode on an in a world that one student was sharing from her iPad. The student that was sharing her world and another student in the group were suddenly not able to place blocks but the other two students in their group were still able to. They were asked to save and reboot but nothing seemed to bring back the ability. Any ideas?  - Thanks

  Hi Derrall,

  Thanks for posting, this can be due to quite a few reasons. The user permissions may need to be changed: /op, /wb creative or cheats may have been toggled off. Also check settings--> controls to ensure everything is good there.

  If this doesn't solve it feel free to create a request and we can troubleshoot further.

  Thanks Kyle, I knew it was a bit of a shot in the dark that there was something obvious. The student did lose op status so I had the other player give it back to her and she was able to place a block through the code/agent. I'll have a deeper look at the settings to see if there's anything that stands out.
