I would like to have particle commands and fix  /fill or setblock and can't write a more than 2  words block.

e.g. /setblock 103 54 -6 glass

this would work

 

but this can't (which only works in bedrock edition) 
e.g. /setblock 103 54 -6 white_carpet

and also particle command don't work.

I wish these can work in the next update.

  Jerry Wang, this command

  /setblock 103 54 -6 white_carpet

  should instead read

  /setblock 103 54 -6 carpet

  If you want a different coloured carpet then add an int after carpet e.g.

  /setblock 103 54 -6 carpet 2

  will give you pink carpet.

  You are correct that the particle effects currently don't work due to the string parameter currently having no valid inputs.
