Eligibility

When I try to sign it, it says I'm not eligible. I've read and reread all of the eligibility requirements, and as far as I understand, I meet them. I've successfully logged into Office 365 Education. My understanding is that I should be able to use the same log in to get started with M:EE.  I've tried several chat features that have been very unhelpful. My students are so excited to get started and I feel like I'm letting them down. Please help.

  I'm sorry, I let this go for a bit because the student in my class who is most interested moved on to another passion (scratch Jr.) but now he's expressed interest in Minecraft Edu again.

  Same, i get This account is not eligible to use Minecraft: Education Edition
