A few small questions

I have a few small questions about the game.

- 1. What's the difference between /kill and /remove

- 2. After moving at high speeds or going through portals, why do the controls will temporary have delay (3 - 7 seconds)

- 3. I noticed that using the mob event extension of the /summon command, horse can't be ridden, villagers can't trade, and ravagers lose all AI. Why does this happen?
