    siva sai kanishk - the account you use to login to Minecraft: Education Edition is your school account.  You'll need to get in touch with your school IT department to get your password reset if you aren't sure what it is.

    Just had a few questions to help us support you further:

    1.)  Is this a commercial account or school managed account?

    2.) Are you on the latest version of Minecraft Education?

    3.) Is this a home network or school network?

    Hi, Yuthil. Are you getting an "incorrect password" message? Try this:

    On the same computer, log out of that account and log in to a demo lesson. Instead of entering a world, choose to log in fully again. (I think it says choose full game experience or something.) The try logging in as usual.

    This has worked on our PCs. I think something is getting messed up in the file that remembers the account information locally, and this resets it.

    If it still isn't working, definitely let us know the details above, and do let us know how things turned out. We are here to help.
