Error something went wrong [2002] Correlation Id, Timestamp and Dpti gets displayed

  Hey there,
  I'm Caleb with the Minecraft Education Support Team! I'm happy to assist you today! I understand how frustrating it can be when you can't sign into Minecraft Education. Let’s work together to get you back on track.

  Generally when we see this issue it's because a proxy, vpn, or parental controls are blocking some of Microsoft's sign in services. 

  To assist you further, I have a few questions:
  1. Is this happening on a home network or a school network? Additionally, have you encountered the same issue on different networks? Understanding the network context will help us rule out any network-related issues.
  2. Are you using any proxy or VPN connections (i.e. Web Filtering)? If so, please verify that all necessary allow listing is correctly configured. You can find allow listing and network requirements in our IT Admin Guide here:

  3. Are you currently using the latest version of Minecraft Education? Sometimes, updating to the latest version can resolve issues.
  4. What platform are you on? (IPad, Android, ChromeOS, MacOS, Windows etc.)
  5. If none of the above solves this issue, could you provide a screenshot of the error you're receiving? This visual information will allow us to investigate the issue more effectively and provide a faster resolution. (Make sure you blur/remove any personal identifying info, such as emails)
