My Game keeps saying Data Storage Space is out!
So I'm playing my world when suddenly:
Boom. It crashes and kicks everyone out. This happens about every 5 minutes, too. Also, I have to close and reopen Minecraft Education because if I don't, the whole thing freezes and takes like 5 minutes and then crashes so I reopen the app. The current size is a little under 1 GB, but this is a big problem considering mined items disappear. My friend mined a shulker box once right as it crashed, and when we rejoined, it was just gone. This is really annoying; can someone help??

It looks like your device may be low on storage. Can you confirm that you have at least a few Gigabytes free? This process will vary depending on platform. I'd recommend taking some time to clean up your storage and make some space!

I have 534 Gigabytes free of storage. I'm playing on a Windows 11 PC that is pretty hefty.

Does the issue persist if you run a repair on the app?
You can try this by going to Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, find Minecraft Education and click on the three dots, and then select Advanced Options > Repair.
If that doesn't work, can we see if the issue persists past a reinstall? Make sure to export all your worlds before you do this!

Okay, I repaired it, and it did nothing. I've unistalled and reinstalled it multiple times and it did absolutely nothing.

Just to confirm, is it only this world that does this? If you export this world to another device, does this still happen?0 -
Well, this is the only world I actually play, and have no devices to transfer it to. I export it and import it occasionally when I uninstall and reinstall it, but that doesn't help.

Thanks for the info. It would still be good to know if this world is the only world that this happens on, just from a troubleshooting perspective even though it sounds like it is the only one you actually play on. If you could test that, that would be great.

Well, I played one other world on Education and it never crashed, but it didn't have a lot of storage (18 MB) so I guess you could say it's only this world.

I think I'd rather make a ticket and send the world so you can see if it kicks you out as well. I'll make a creative world and just try to fly around just for the purpose of getting to a gigabyte of storage on it, and testing that.
I'll let you know how the creative one goes, and try to open a ticket so I can send the world.
