cross platform maps not connecting

i play a world on my phone and then log into the same account and internet and the worlds do not show up

  I'm Caleb with the Minecraft Education support team! Happy to help you with this! 
  
  Currently, worlds are saved per-device, not per-account. Therefore, you'll only see worlds on the device they were created on or imported to. 
  We are currently working on cloud backups in the coming updates, you can test it in our preview: Cloud Upload and Download – Minecraft Education
  
  In the meantime, worlds can be manually imported and exported to devices: Import, Export, and Manage Worlds – Minecraft Education
