Minecraft　Education Edition　v1.20.13にサインインができません。

Windows11

エラーメッセージは以下の通り

すでに試みたこと

   Minecraft Edication edition の再インストール

　ユーザーアカウント　パスワードの初期化は実施済

　他のアカウントでのサインインも不可能

　ファイアウォールの無効状態でのサインインは不可能

　同機器　旧バージョン　v1.18.45 （windws11) でのサインインは可能

　別機器　同バージョン v1.20.13 (windws11)でのサインインは可能

　グラフィックボード　AMDRX570 ドライバは最新　24.3.1

  1.) Is this happening on a home network or a school network? Additionally, have you encountered the same issue on different networks? Understanding the network context will help us rule out any network-related issues.
  2.) Are you using any proxy, parental controls, or VPN connections (i.e. Web Filtering)? If so, please verify that all necessary allow listing is correctly configured. You can find allow listing and network requirements in our IT Admin Guide here:
