Hello. Sorry for the trouble. A few details would make it easier for us to be helpful to you. =]
Does the world show up when you re-enter Minecraft EDU and "view my worlds?" Or is it there but greyed out, or is it competely gone?
Did you create the world from a library world or a seed? What device were you on? Did you shut down normally when you were finished? (this is the most common reason we have for bad world saves - not exiting MC normally.)
