Cant Log In
Ive been trying for the past 10 days to log in Minecraft Education but i cant, ive checked some posts but all of those havent worked.
It says that i need a connection to enter but i do have, ive checked and even deleted Minecraft Education and redownloaded it but still nothing.
If anyone can help out then please do because i only have 5 days to do an activity on it and i might miss it.
Also its in Portuguese so yeah, i cant really access it, when i try it only gives me this message.
Although i can log into the free version aka the one with activities i still need to log in Minecraft Education.

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with this error.
We see this issue come up a lot when there are multiple versions of Minecraft Education installed on the device.
Can you double check there is only one? This is a Windows device correct?

There are 2 but when i try uninstalling one it also uninstalls the other.

Thanks for the details, if you uninstall both do both versions come back?
I'd recommend backing up your worlds, and then uninstalling one, or both of them, and reinstalling.0 -
How do you backup your worlds if you cant enter your account

Never mind it was my VPN messing with my Internet
