Trouble logging into Minecraft Education version 1.20.13

i have confirmed the download to my personal computer and my microsoft 365 set up, but when launching minecraft education i receive the following error and have confirmed my internet is fine.

  Hey there!

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with this error. We do see this usually caused by there being two different versions of Minecraft Education installed on the device. Can you double check there is only one version installed?

  Generally we only see this error for one of two reasons: 
  1. There are multiple versions of Minecraft Education installed. I would check under settings to make sure that only one version is installed, and uninstall any duplicates. 
  2. A proxy, firewall, parental controls, or web filter are blocking one of our services. Make sure that all the URLs and Domains listed here are allowed. You may need to work with an IT Admin on this.
