Login error saying account not verified

Hello When I try to log into my Minecraft Education account it comes up with an error code that says “we were unable to verify your account. Our IT man at school has not been able to resolve the issue either. This is also happening to my sister. We were able to log in at the start of last year and then we switched to homeschooling when this error began. Since returning to school the error has remained. Please help

  1.) What device make / model and OS version are you on when you got this error?

  2.) Are you on the latest version of Minecraft Education?

  3.) Is this a home network or school network?

  4.) Is this a commercial account or school managed account?

  mine says tha my user or password are wrong but they are right i was able to play last year but now tha i went homeschool im not able to login
