My game is so laggy I cant play.
I don't understand the problem, I've tried turning my render distance all the way down, turning off all the special effects, this is a brand-new laptop. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

What is the make and model of the laptop you are using? I want to take a look at the devices specs.
Are there other programs running in the background as you play Minecraft Education?
If there are, you might try closing the unnecessary ones to see if that helps.0
