Can't connect to the service
I use a macbook air 13" and when I open Minecraft education, it won't let me in. I have internet so I don't know what's wrong. if someone can help, please do.

What is the exact error you are receiving when you try to log in? If you could provide a screenshot of the error, that would be super helpful.

Okay perfect, I took a look. Looks like a "we cannot connect" error, here are some thoughts -
How many devices affected?
What make OS version? Make/Model?
Has it worked prior?I would also check to see if there are two versions installed. Multiple versions installed can also be the main culprit for this error.
It is also worth checking all the URL's found here ( https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047118992-FAQ-IT-Admin-Guide- ) are allowlisted on any virus protection programs or proxies if you are on a school network.
If you are on a home network, it is possible the program itself just needs to be allowlisted on a virus protection or parental filter or something of that nature.

Hey Danny, It was working prior to me coming home from school break. It's on my sis's MacBook aswell. No, there's only one version of it which is from your official website. I'm on a home network so it could be a parental filter, I'll look. Thanks for your help, Danny!

Heres some extra info however the might help. I tried running it when we had electricians and the wifi was out. After that it stopped working. There's no parental features or filters on this device.

Hmmm, you could try uninstalling any versions of Minecraft Education and reinstalling from our website again after backing up your worlds to see if that helps with the issue.

Hey Danny, I have tried This and the world and game would have the same issue. I'm not sure it's the school? as I'm moving up from 6 to 7 or that its I've got an ad blocker. If I can't fix the issue, thanks anyways :)
