I'm sorry you're having issues connecting to multiplayer games!
This error could have a few different causes, so I'm going to ask a few questions for some insight into your problem:1.Are you using a school managed device or a personal one?
2.Are you using a school network or a personal network?
3.Can you successfully log in when using a separate network like a mobile hotspot? This will help us determine if the issue is on the device or network level
4.Are there multiple versions of Minecraft Education installed on the device? If so, the other versions will need to be uninstalled as the different versions can interfere with each other.
5.Is your OS up to date?
6.Are there any proxies, parental blocks, firewalls, or antiviruses that could be blocking connection to our services?
