    Hey Bennet,

Unfortunately the Minecraft Education support team does not support custom resource pack troubleshooting, but Someone in the community might be able to help you!

In regard to your issue accessing your %appdata% files, from my understanding, Chromebooks are designed to store files on the cloud, so accessing %appdata% files on a Chromebook is not possible in the same way as on a Windows machine. However, Chromebooks do have local storage space that can be used to store files temporarily. To access the local storage on your Chromebook, you can follow these steps:

    - Click on the Launcher button in the lower-left corner of your Chromebook’s display.
    - Look for the Files app and click on it.
    - Click on Downloads from the left panel to view the files stored locally on your Chromebook.

    Hi Bennett Falor

The best platform for building (and troubleshooting) resource packs is Windows. The majority of the instructions are Windows based (and a few Mac) as well and most of the resources and applications that are used in resource pack building are all predominantly Windows based. I'm not even sure that some things could be done properly on a chromebook. It's really meant as a basic user device for running apps.

    Some basic tips:

    1. Make sure you have unique UUIDs in your resource pack.

    2. Compress the file to a .zip and then change the extension from .zip to .mcpack

    3. Make sure you double-check that you have all the needed files and folders inside your resource pack.
