School Gmail not working for Minecraft Education
Dear All,
Our school are using Gmail as an email for all the Students and Staffs. So I have tried to use my School Gmail to create a Microsoft account so I can open/use Minecraft Education. But when I am trying to login, I am getting exactly this error. "This username may be incorrect. Make sure you typed it correctly.
Otherwise, contact your Admin."
Can anybody help please? Thank you!

Hey Vencint,
If it is your first time logging in, you will need to use Microsoft credentials created by your organization, which you should be able to obtain from your IT department If you do not have them.

Thank you for the response. I am already using Microsoft account and I am still encountering this error. I am the IT Admin in our School btw. I don't know exactly what is causing this error. Hope somebody can help.

That just means a license has not been assigned to your user account. You will need to contact your IT administrator to have them fix this issue.0
