Audio problems

I have no audio when I use the app on my iPad.I have restarted my iPad. I have offloaded and reinstalled the app. Nothing is working

  Hey Jaelyn,

  Have you checked the in game audio settings yet? You should be able to access them from the main menu. Make sure you have the audio enabled there.

  By chance are you having this issue in any other apps on your device?

  Is your iPad on Silent? If not, try backing up all of your worlds, delete Minecraft Education, and reinstall it.
