Is this a home network or school network?
Is this a commercial account or school managed account?

Hey Yoshiyuki,
Is your Chromebook personally owned, or is it managed by your school/workplace?
I see you tried a separate office network, but could you try connecting to a mobile hotspot if possible? This will help us determine if the issue is on the device or network level. Just make sure to disconnect your cellular device from the wi-fi network before trying this step.0 -
Hi Ernie!
Thank you for your reply.
This Chromebook originally managed by the school but we has been removed its management software , and the Chromebook has been reset to its default settings.
But the same issue occured on a different network within our company, far away from the school when the problem initially arose.

Is this the only device on the networks that seems to be affected? If possible, do you have any other devices to try to sign in with (another Chromebook would be best)
If you are able to sign in with other devices on the network, there is likely something on the device itself blocking the connection.
Is the device using a proxy and/or antivirus by chance?

⇒No. Many devices have the same problem. But a few of the same devices are not having the problem. The specs on those devices are all the same, as are the model numbers.

⇒I signed in on another Chromebook and the problem persists.

We have already confirmed the URLs referred to. All of them have already been whitelisted.
I also tried with all proxies, filters, etc. eliminated, but it didn't connect to CODE builder.0 -
Hey there,
Thanks for the responses.
Is it only Chromebooks experiencing the issues? Have you confirmed other devices work as expected?
Which proxies / virus protection / web filters do you use?

Thank you for the resposes

⇒It works fine on other devices. (By the way, other devices are Windows machines used by teachers in schools.
Also, other schools are using Chromebooks with the same model number, and they are working fine.Which proxies / virus protection / web filters do you use?
⇒A problem arose when the code builder was not available for use at the school.
We moved the Chromebook to another office. Tried with proxies, virus protection, and filters removed. The result, unfortunately, is that the inability to use Code Builder is not resolved.0 -
Hey again,
Just for clarification, you are able to sign into the game but not able to use codebuilder, right?
Looking back in the ticket, it seems you are receiving the "cannot connect" error, will typically appears at sign in.
Are you still receiving the cannot connect error?
I apologize for the confusion.
Also, could you provide the specs of the chromebooks (specifically CPUand RAM amount)0
