    Hey Rob,

    Could you tell me the exact error you are receiving? If possible, a screenshot of the error code would be great.

    If there is no error code, could you describe how the error is occuring?

    are you talking about the lessons not opening on the website? because mine is also not working.. Each lesson I try to open on the website, just doesn't load.. the green hexagon like icon thing just keeps spinning and spinning, and it never loads...

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. Our tech team have followed the help and unblocked what is required on the firewall. Is there anything else to unblock and I can access this at home.

    Rob,

    Is your organization using a proxy or a content-filter? If so, the URLs would need to be allow listed there as well.
    Approximately what percentage of devices is this error occurring on in your network?

    Also, what is the make and model of the device you are using?

    I can access at home on my laptop but once at school on the same laptop I am blocked. The students are also blocked at school on their iPads and also desktops.
    The can access and create their own worlds but the library catalog is blocked with above picture showing

    Rob,

    There is definitely something on your organizations network blocking one of our services.

    I recommend reaching out to IT and have them double check the firewall, and all proxy, content filters, etc.
