Problem with downloading the newest minecraft/ Installation error

So i was moving and i haven't used my pc in a while. But when i tried to open minecraft education edition, it said that it has been put to 1.19.52. And i removed minecraft and reinstalled it and i got it to download the newest minecraft. The problem is that this pops up when i start up the wizard.

  Hey Alex,

  Make sure the older version of Minecraft Education is uninstalled from your device and try running this: Minecraft Education desktop installer

  Is your device's OS up to date? Try checking for any pending updates, restart your device and try it one more time.

  Is it giving you the same error? What happens if you try to install via the windows store?

  Hey, @Ernie, Its giving me the same error. Im using windows 8 and the windows store is not working. I also cant update to windows 10 because of how slow it is.

  Hey Alex,

  Unfortunately, Minecraft Education is not compatible with Windows 8 and that is why you are receiving this error.
  Are you saying Windows 10 is too slow for you or are you unable to install Windows 10?

  A fairly affordable way to increase the speed of your device would be to increase the RAM amount if possible.
