I keep getting an error while signing into minecraft education when i hit sign in.

  Hey there,

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues logging in.

  This seems like an issue that your school's IT admin will need to be involved with to solve.

  The game will not accept my password.  When I go to "I forgot" it takes me to a blank page.

  Hey Robin,

  Are you receiving any error codes that you could share with us?

  Also, is this issue occurring on a school or home network?

  School Admin here.

  We are getting the same issue, but the Sign in Screen stays white, dont even get the java script pop up.

  There are no error codes, it just sits there. If I close the window it just goes back to the previous screen, and I can click Login and try the same attempt again, with same results.

  Same result on all pc's/laptops. All windows 10 21H2. Running as admin makes no difference. It could potentially be being blocked by firewall, but exaustive efforts to let through the required site have failed.

  Hey Nathan,

  This is usually federation issue. Is you federated login typically like this purple bannered one in the picture, because this is not a normal Microsoft/Minecraft Education login page. 

  I would ensure all of our services URLs have been allowlisted on your networks firewalls, proxies, etc.
