    Hey there,

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues.

What device make / model and OS version are you on when you got this error?

Are you on the latest version of Minecraft Education?

Is this a home network or school network?

Is this a commercial account or school managed account?

    Hello,

My OS version is a windows 11. I am on the latest version of Minecraft Education, and since it is a computer I use at school it is a school network and a school managed account. Since I am not using the computer as of now, I'm not sure of the device make/model, but I do know it is completely up to date and has downloaded worlds before, it just isn't doing it now.

However, I did get a reply on a seperate post I did saying that I should press the import button in the game instead of opening up the mcworld file by double-clicking the file explorer. Would that stop the dialog box from poping up?
