1.19.53 Performance instability

Ever since the Microsoft Authenticator update, I have been having issues with performance stability even though it ran perfectly before and my specifications are way above recommended. MEE slows my whole PC down, freezes and stutters a lot, and just works incredibly slowly and choppy. I have noticed that MEE tends 100% my CPU and consumes a lot of energy. and that should not happen. I tried rebooting and reinstalling MEE and my pc and it doesn't help. The only thing that helps temporarily is the solution described here:

But I have to reboot my computer, and after a few hours, the issues come back.
