1.19 Multiplayer
I just downloaded the 1.19 version of EDU Minecraft (I was on 1.14 for a long time). However, the update logs state that the IP Address should be replaced Connection ID. I don't understand why mine still says IP Address. Apart from that, the Port also doesn't seem to load. Is there a reason for this? (I'm on a Apple M1 Ventura 13.2)

My organization may have been blocking emails during summer break, but is there another way of communication?

That is our only method of communication. If you are able to see the ticket you can send us an email address to CC to the ticket, but that is only if you can comment on it one time.

How do you access tickets?

To access tickets, first make sure you are signed into our website. Then at the top right, when you click your account picture there is a drop-down arrow. Select my activities and tickets will show under my requests.
