Not able to join worlds
My students have been working on worlds together and now I have many who are not able to join their teams' world anymore. It always says connection timed out.

Can you let us know what kind of devices, if anything is managed by the school, and does a new world allow for connection? Try using different devices and networks if able, as a test to see if the error goes away.
