Deleted Minecraft EE and now I can't sign back

I accidentally deleted MCEE and I tried signing back in but it says "We cannot connect to the service you need right now please check your internet connection and try again" but my connection is fine.

  This error can also happen when you have two versions of Minecraft Education installed. Is it possible you only deleted a desktop shortcut? If this is on Windows, go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall all Minecraft Education versions from there, then install once more from: Download | Minecraft Education
