I can’t log into my school account in Minecraft education education

So basically when I sign into my account through NYCDOE Minecraft shows me this file, and I have no idea what native cilent is.

That is a different issue, Ruth. The email address you are entering is not set as a user for Minecraft Education. I would contact your IT department and get your email address added as a user and assigned a license on the backend.
