My exported worlds keep saving and opening in a PDF file not a mc file. How do I change this back?

  This sounds like the default app settings need to be changed. To confirm, is the file that is saved a .mc file or a PDF file? One quick option is to right click the file itself and select open with and select Minecraft Education. The main thing to do is to go into your device settings, find the default app settings and change the .mc file extension to open with Minecraft Education.
