Since update only few students cannot sign in

Random students on random machines cannot sign in. Error says "We cant connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again".  Machine is connected via Ethernet. Student clicks sign in button which opens Microsoft page. Student started entering their school issues MS acct email address but pop up to sign in disappears.  Again, only for random students on random machines. Student can move to a different machine and sign in without issue. As I do not have extra machines for students to use this is causing a problem having to shift everyone around. Any idea what the problem might be would be greatly appreciated.

  If these are Windows devices, make sure only one copy of Minecraft Education is installed. With other devices check for any proxies and try toggling them off as a test.
