Chrome export of Portfolios results in 0kb files
Exporting portfolios does not always work. It seems to take some students multiple times until we get some Kbytes. Even then I don't always get a preview PDF in Teams when I check the assignment submission.

Can you let me know the process you are using to export? Any screenshots with personal information removed will help me follow along. You may need to check your defaults for programs and extensions, but I am unsure as to what could be changing the PDF extension to an OkB file. We will need more information on the device, process, and anything you haven implemented for exports.
