When I click on a mcworld file it does not load in
Yes when I click on a world file it says on google that we cannot find an app that supports that file type please visit the chrome webstore to find one.

Thank you for writing in. It sounds like the defaults for your device will need to be adjusted/changed. For this specific issue, try right clicking the mc file. Then do open with and when the new window opens click more apps. In that list find Minecraft Education and select that with the option to always open this app.

I tried your suggestion but when I right click it the open with option does not show on the file.

Do you have Minecraft: Education Edition installed on your device?
Where did you get the .mcworld file from? Just to clarify it is .mcworld not mc.world. If you are seeing mc.world that is likely the issue.

The mc.world was a typo and minecraft education edition is installed on my device and it is from an exported world from minecraft education edition.

Did the default settings help the issue at all? It sounds like Google is set as the default for mc files.

David Sarabia, are you on a Windows PC and is the file in Google Drive?
If so, I would download the file to your computer, then you should be able to open it.
