Account was paid for but trials still ran out.
I made an account and the administrator paid for a license but today i logged in and it said that i only had 3 trials left. Then later when i logged in it said i have used up all my trials and my administrator needs to buy a license.
Have i done anything wrong or is this just a glitch?
