Minecraft stuck at EULA acceptance screen
I have MacOS Ventura installed (did this about a week ago). Prior to that Minecraft Education Ed was working properly with no apparent issues.
Now, even with the latest version, when I open it. Minecraft loads as far as the EULA acceptance screen, but I an unable to get beyond it. Trying to click on either the EULA or Accept buttons yields no response (it appears frozen). The only way to exit is to force quit the application.
I also get an error at the top of the Screen "Global Resources Reset, Resources failed to load previously.
Help?

From what you describe it sounds like there may be an issue with communication between your Mac and our servers. Do you have any content filters, proxies, VPNs, or firewalls in place? If so please provide the name of what you are using. As a last resort try using a new account to login to the device that has never logged in before and see if the screen works.

Hi Dominick,
we tried a couple of things here at the school where I work. Including hot spotting from a phone (removing the content filter from the equation), checking that VPNs are off (was not using any). No joy.
Strangely the IT tech at school has also upgraded his MacBook to Ventura (MacOS 13.0) and Minecraft Ed is working for him, on the school network (through the firewall - LineWize). It is very strange, hard to pin down what the issue might be, hence My query.

I am seeing something similar and created a new post. My device doesn't have any web filter, vpn or firewall in place. The app freezes on loading and you can't even close it, have to perform the force quit.
