Connect to Library

This error pops up when trying to have my students log into WWI world in the library of Minecraft EDU. Is this something on our end or theirs?

  I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing the in-game library.  Take a look at this article for tips on how to troubleshoot this issue:  Troubleshoot the Unable to Connect to the Library Error. Make sure URLs have been allow listed, that Minecraft Education has be added as a trusted source to any antivirus software, and you are on the newest client version 1.18.42.
