MCEE NOT LOADING ON MAC
Minecraft for Education Edition freezes upon launch on my MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. This issue did not happen last year so I am not sure what the problem is. Any potential solutions? My students are missing out on working with this product.

I would try to backup all your worlds, uninstall, and reinstall. Let us know if you are still experiencing issues after that and we can dig deeper!

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice. The application still crashes upon launch. I receive a message stating "Global resources reset resources" "Failed to load previously"

Can you send us what client version you are on? Also do you have any content filters, VPNs, Proxies, or antivirus software? If so, please let us know what the names are so we can try to assist better. One thing to try is to run Minecraft Education in windowed mode instead of Fullscreen and see if that helps with the crashing.

Hi,
My tech department was able to solve the problem. They wiped my Mac computers and reinstalled Monterey and Minecraft. Thank you for your help.
