AADSTS50012: Authentication Failed
One of my students is reporting an "authentication error" when attempting to sign in.
I reset her password from the MS Admin dashboard and had her try again.
Same error.
Any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear you are seeing this error message. This is normally due to the account not being added to the tenant as a user for Minecraft Education. Can you check the Store for Education and see if that students account has been added and assigned a license to play?
