I'm having trouble logging in, script error appears on the page, line 160 character 128, 'XMLHttpRequest' is null or is it not an object, So when I enter my information, a message appears that it is not possible to connect to this service at the moment

  I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. Can you let me know what OS version and device this is on? Try checking for any updates to your device including drivers and OS version. Let us know if that helps.

  It's a PC with windows 7, I'm trying to fix this for my classroom, the solution I found was to install windows 10 on the PCs
