Permission level bug?
Student in class appiered having operator level. I did not changed it. nobody else could. I cannot change it back to member, only he can.
The same happens to all other worlds he join. How can I fix this?

You might need to talk to your Administrator who handles the Microsoft licenses to see if he accidentally got changed to a faculty license?

I got permited for Administrator role in Office 365. I am not verry skilled at this. Could you help me to figure out how to check that he have faculty license or not.

sign into your administrator account.
Go to Users Menue
Choose Active Users
I'll add a screen shot of the Licenses collumn from mine.
If it says for students, then it is a student account. If it says for faculty then it is a faculty account.
See if that student in question has the correct type of license assigned, if not, click on the username and it will open the user details. Click on the Licenses and apps tab.
Then you should be able to scroll down and see the check boxes, uncheck the faculty license and check the appropriate type of student license.
Be sure you SAVE CHANGES so it will take effect.
The faculty licenses are limited so you want to be careful not to accidentally give them to students. (I only have the one faculty account and since it is already assigned to me I can't accidentally give it to some one else.)0 -

changed. He was on faculty license indeed. (i did not do it). saved it couple times to make sure i did it. 
Unassigned license and back on to him. But when he join the game he is still operator.
...now trying to delete game for him and install back on...
It did not work :( still need help, please.

One more thing, If I would delete his microsoft account, ant remake it again. Would that person loose his in game progress?

Worlds are stored on the device so I would just recommend backing up those files (or export the worlds from in game) to protect them when uninstalling and re-installing the software.
Microsoft is not always super fast to adjust to changes with the licenses so it might take time for the change to take effect on the student's account. However, I would highly recommend that you contact support for more help on this since they are going to be better able to help you trouble shoot problems with the account.1 -
