Solved: We can't connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again
We are running Windows 11 Home and are trying to use Minecraft EE for homeschooling as parents. We purchased the license and setup our onmicrosoft.com login accounts, but we could not get past the login window in the application. We were stuck at "We can't connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again." This was occurring regardless of which account we logged into with Windows (even parent login with admin rights).
We were able to get around this issue by running the app as Administrator. To do this, right-click on the application link and select "Run as administrator."
Now you will be prompted for a login for your homeschool (organization) - likely, using your username@yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com.
I could not find this solution anywhere. I thought it might be useful for others and maybe something to fix for future versions.
