Anishinaabe World not loading bison hunt
Hey everyone, not sure if this was posted already somewhere else but I'm encountering an issue when when playing the Aninishinaabe map. The game works fine up until Phase 3, where you need to "complete the bison hunt". All 30 barriers are placed but when we make the "wolf call", it's prompts the hunter to say they are startled and I think it works, however the bison don't move. I want to work through these activities with groups of students in the near future but worried there's a glitch? Other parts of the map gave us issues as well, like when Chickadee gives you the recipe book but it was empty - and we would get error 1. But it may have been because we had multi-maps opened. We deleted all, reinstalled the game - and keep getting stuck at the bison hunt. Help?

Where you able to find a solution?

Nope. Minecraft edu is aware but there is no plan to fix it. Ppl are still promoting this map at conferences/professional development sessions. First Nations issues always seem to be last on the priority list unfortunately. I work for a First Nations org and we would love to be able to use this. I met some of the ppl involved in making this…but a broken map won’t help us.

Hey there,
Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with the bison.
Are the bison getting stuck for you all on a ledge?
To fix the issue, Player needs to place slabs or stairs next to full blocks. This is required, because bison do not jump when in front of blocks. That is the best workaround we have at this time.
Let us know if that works for you, if not please provide a screenshot or video reproduction of your issue (without any personal info) and we can assist further.
Thanks!
