    Hi Danny

    Thanks for the post. That doesn't seem quite right - the guide talks about cancelling general MS business subscriptions, such as 365; nothing about Minecraft. The admin link does not show my Minecraft Education licences, only Office licences I use for work. I do recall there being an admin page like that when I set up Minecraft, showing the licenses, but I don't see the licences listed on that link, only the Office stuff as I say. Pretty sure I'm using the correct email address. Could there be a different admin centre for Minecraft licenses?

    Hey there!

    No problem. If you follow the steps with the purple banner from that link,  "Steps to cancel your subscription", that will be accurate for Minecraft: Education Edition as well.

    Another place to administer licenses is in our soon to be depreciated store for education here: https://businessstore.microsoft.com/en-us/store/details/minecraft-education-edition/9nblggh4r2r6?signin=&redirect= , however it is unlikely that you as a commercial user will be administering there.

    Hi Danny

    I did try and follow the steps, but it's only Office 365 stuff showing under Billing. I tried to sign in with a different account, in case it was my log in. When I do that it lists my work email (which I'm currently signed in under) and personal, but when I click on my personal address the list refreshes and it disappears as an option, leaving only the work one.

    I did try the last link also - nothing listed under products. Please help! I don't want to be paying for these licenses.

    I can't say how frustrated I am with the website, so difficult to navigate to find where to cancel the service? It's Microsoft but minsoft, and there's no customer service to talk to, the automatic machine from phone call just kept saying "all service is online", where is it?
